You will receive a shipment notification once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details where available.

We do not sell or ship within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
11. Return Window (Physical Products)
We offer a 14-day return policy for physical products, starting from the date you receive the item.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be in the same condition as received, unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
Returns must be requested before sending items back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

12. Non-Returnable Items

13. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Cases are handled individually with the aim of a fair resolution.
14. Refunds (Physical Products)
Once a returned physical item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to request a return (if eligible). Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

• activated.
If you experience access issues caused by NEXXANO (e.g., incorrect delivery or non-functional access credentials), we will work to correct the issue. Where correction is not possible, NEXXANO may offer a remedy at its discretion, including replacement access or a refund.

Digital products are for the purchaser’s personal or internal business use (as applicable) and may not be copied, shared, resold, sublicensed, or distributed unless explicitly permitted in writing by NEXXANO.
